On the template you receive you may see safe zones and cut lines. Those are guidelines ONLY and there may be slight variance from the cut line.
GENERIC SAMPLE option does not allow for personalization of any kind. It is a 4x6 card, a 5x7 card, and a 5x7 envelope.

The 3 lines of text, on the front, can only be printed in BLACK and have the following personalization parameters:
Line 1 at TOP of photo (26 characters max. including spaces and punctuation)
Line 2 first line BELOW photo (26 characters max. including spaces and punctuation)
Line 3 second line BELOW photo (26 characters max. including spaces and punctuation)
The back of the cards can hold up to 500 characters.
The PERSONALIZED SAMPLE is a single card and envelope.

Note: Ballpoint or fine-line Sharpie pens recommended for smudge/smear free writing on paper. Gel or water-soluble pens won’t absorb or dry, causing ink smearing.

Once you have placed the order you will receive an email with a link to personalize your order (PLEASE ALLOW around 30 minutes to receive the email :).
Next, you'll upload your custom design/photo to the template. You will see a visual preview of how your order will look.
Finally, once you sign off on the preview you were shown/created, we will then print your order and ship it to you! PLEASE NOTE that once you submit your proof you have effectively approved the order. We cannot make changes to proofs for you and print exactly what you submit.
