The patterns in this book are given in the form of diagrams depicted on a grid lined with squares, and thus are universal for animals of all sizes. You just have to measure the volume of your pet's chest and divide it by the number that is indicated in the description of the diagram. Then you get the size of the square. You have to draw a grid with a cell size equal to this value, and on this grid draw a pattern for your pet. Since the patterns given in this listing are made for a "standard" figure, when trying on, you will have to make changes related to the anatomical features of the structure of a particular animal.
