Skirt is made of 4 layers of premium quality made in the USA tulle hand tied onto bodice. Dress features bustle style skirt. What could be more adorable than your princess wearing this darling dress for Halloween, a pony birthday party, photos or playing dress up and having tons of fun!
Please consider due to handmade nature of my costumes no two will be exactly the same. I handmake all my cutie marks, along with headpiece and wings. Headpiece and foam wings are one size fits all / most.
***Tutu Dress is NOT FULLY LINED...Tutu dress features a lined bodice. For modesty purposes we RECOMMEND you have your princess wear a slip or shorts / tights for complete coverage.
