TUTORIAL :
1. Message me the speedbuild link or reference photos! (IF YOU DO NOT have a speedbuild or reference images, don't worry! These are not required.)
2. Purchase, and message me your username! (the transaction must be completed before I can start building)
3. I will send you a friend request, and confirm it with you via messaging!
4. We will discuss your wants for the house via messaging, and then coordinate building times; and anything else you want me to know regarding the build!
5. Finally, I will work with you to build your house at the best time for you! If there is something you dislike, I will happily edit/change it for you!
This listing is for regular sized houses! For houses with more than FOUR bedrooms, please see the 'Large House' listing on my shop! That listing is specifically for mansions!
'Required':
- At least 15k in game cash (please note, bigger houses will cost more!)
- Advanced Placement Gamepass (if you want furniture and items placed on a smaller, more detailed increment i.e. 0.5 or 0.25)
- Multiple Floors Gamepass (if you want your house to have multiple floors)
*In order to make sure each order gets the time it needs, each build session can last no more than two hours at a time! Remember, you can always request another session. :)*
*IF you want your house based off a speed build, please make sure you have the required amount of money for the specific speedbuild! Please send the video link via direct message, or within the customization options!*
