The tire is washed thoroughly before being assembled. After being assembled the tire is sealed with a clear coat of paint to add more shine and protection. The legs are metal and will last a lifetime. The base of the table is made of a thick piece of wood which is stained black.
The Tire Table offers two options for display, using both shelves or only the bottom shelf. Using both shelves allows for a top layer of display and a bottom layer. Under both of those shelves there is also room for storage. The second option only uses one shelf. The tire is exposed but in the center, there is room for display. Under the shelf, there is room for storage as well.
Minimal assembly is required, legs will need to be screwed in. Expect two packages when you order—one for the tire and one for the top glass.
