• We try to ship items by the next business day, but may take up to 3 days under certain circumstances
• Tracking information included for each order
• Please verify your shipping address is 100% accurate before purchasing. Orders will not be replaced for incorrect address
• If an item is returned to sender, we will reship if you purchase a new shipping label
• Cancellations should be made immediately if needed. Once it goes into production it will not be canceled

• First class shipping usually takes 3-5 business days from the day it is shipped and priority mail is 2-3 days. We do not offer overnight shipping
