The most perfect trilogy ring I’ve come across. This sparkler features three beautifully bright claw-set diamonds in a trilogy setting. The central diamond is slightly larger than the two that flank it and they are clear and bright. With pretty tapered shoulders, the diamond basket setting is made in platinum and the band is made in 18ct yellow gold.
The ring is stamped ‘PLAT 18ct’ for platinum and 18 carat gold. There is a beautiful inscription on the inside which says ‘Easter 1944 AM to HT’. A wonderful glimpse into the history of this ring. It was gifted during the Second World War, perhaps as an engagement ring, from someone with the initials A.M. to H.T. I feel very lucky when I come across an inscription, it is a secret insight into a time gone by.
The ring is a petite UK size G 1/2. It is in a fantastic vintage condition. The diamonds are truly beautiful and so bright and sparkly.
The box in the photos is for display purposes only, however the ring will be delivered in a jewellery box.
