2. Please place order directly, no size option is available as we normally do custom sizes.
3. Follow the measurement requirements attached to the dress photos and measure yourself or have someone professional to help. Feel free to message us for clarifications and guidance on how to measure.
4. Kindly send the measurements at your earliest convenience after ordering so we can start the production.
5. If you're ordering standard sizes, please message us to consult the best size to order as it could be different from regular clothing size.
6. We accept rush orders, please consult us first about the time before placing the order.

You're welcome to message us if you have your own preference regardless if it's length adjustment, color, fabric, or style. There might be limitations making personalization or changing the style, we will try our best to accommodate your needs.
The dress usually takes 8-10 weeks to make (some dresses might take longer due to the complexity level ), shipping time is 10-15 business days; however it's not guaranteed to have the delivery done within the time frame as unexpected delays could happen during the transportation. We will update you the status during this period and notify you once it’s shipped.

In order to make the wedding dress fit you perfectly, we require your heels height in centimeters as well so that your dress comes the perfect length.
Please refer to measurement guide attached to each item and use a soft measuring tape to measure. Ideally, you should be measured wearing only your undergarments.
Because the body is made of soft tissue, the tape should be a bit snug, but not tight - it should not "dig in" or make an indentation in the body. It should not be loose, either! Just wrap the tape around the area of the body being measured and hold it in place. You should be able to put a finger behind the tape, but no more than that.
When sending us the measurement, please include the figures as below:
