We provide all the required tools for assembling the bed, including manual instruction and video tutorial. Please use a T25 star bit and PZ2 cross-shaped bit, which are included with bed and a cordless power drill for faster assembly. In addition there is a T-type Key for the manual assembly.

It would take 7-19 business days to deliver the order. Shipping and production are 2 different processes. Each process has its own term. We are preparing and sending orders from Monday to Friday, not including weekends.
We take full responsibility for the delivery. In case of damage or loss of goods, we will send you a new product.

Shipping to the United States takes 7-19 business days, shipping to Europe 9-19 business days (it takes a little more to Italy and Spain), to Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Latin America, the Caribbean, and Asia – 14 - 25 business days.
