Shipping Policy: All orders are spun fresh, and shipped within 3 business day UNLESS you make a note at check-out that you want it at a later date. Standard shipping is USPS Priority mail, which is estimated to arrive in 1-3 business days. PLEASE NOTE: I will ship 5 days prior to your event. This allows for some wiggle room if USPS is running behind, but if you want GUARANTEED delivery, you must choose Priority Mail Express. It is the only service USPS guarantees a delivery time for.
Important!!! Cotton candy by nature is delicate and fleeting! Some shrinkage is normal, especially in the summer months. I pack my cotton candy tightly to avoid as much shrinkage as possible. Store it in a cool dry place and it will stay fresh for about three weeks in the airtight bag. Do not try to store it in the refrigerator. After you open the bag it will start to lose freshness in 5-7 days.
Although I try my best to show the most accurate color possible in our pictures by using natural light and minimal editing, the actual color of the product you receive may vary slightly.
Refunds/Returns: If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you must contact us within 2 days of receiving your order. I do not offer free replacements or refunds, but I will work with you to make sure you are happy with your purchase. **I do NOT provide refunds for orders that do not arrive on time. Once I hand the package to the US Postal Service, it is out of my hands.
