The listing is for a semi-custom wedding invitation suite. After receiving your wedding information, you’ll receive a digital proof within 7 business days. After your digital proof is approved, if you order a sample, you will receive one printed sample via mail to the address you provide for shipping. Printed sample will be shipped as soon as digital proof is approved. You may choose to move forward without the printed sample if you wish to see a photo only.
**Please order with enough time for processing. Final suite order will be shipped 4-6 weeks after we receive final proof approval and payment in full. More complex orders may take an additional week**
Final cost depends on how many items you’d like in your invitation suite.

ORDER PROCESS
Place order by purchasing your desired suite. If you’d like a sample first, please purchase a sample.
IMPORTANT- after your purchase, you will receive an email with a file with the following instructions on how to proceed:
1. Email your wedding info and preferred invitation wording to the email provided (franciedesignsllc@gmail.com). Be sure to check your spam if you don't receive this email!
2. We will send a digital proof of your customized invitations within 7 business days of receiving your information.
3. You can then respond with your digital proof approval or request for revisions. Your response is requested within two business days - any longer may affect the delivery timeline of your order. After digital proof approval, one proof be printed and mailed unless you'd like to proceed with digital proof only.
4. Once your final proof is approved and you’re ready to proceed, you will be sent an invoice unless you’ve already purchased through this Etsy listing.
5. After payment is received, your order will be immediately put into production. No changes can be made to your order once you submit your final proof approval. Orders will be shipped 4-6 weeks after we receive final proof approval. More complex orders may take an additional week.
PAPER
Each piece of deckled edge paper is different and unique by design as the paper is handmade.

Cotton paper, also known as rag paper or Deckle Paper, Khadi Paper, or recycled handmade cotton paper, is formed using cotton or cotton lint from used or applied cloth (rags) as the primary material
PRINTING
Computer screens calibrate color differently, so the color you see on your screen may vary slightly from the printed colors you will hold in your hand.
QUANTITY:
Order for the number of households you will be sending invitations to, which is often less than the total number of guests. We recommend ordering extra invitation sets (about 15% more) to account for any potential guest list changes.

We are not responsible for any shipping delays on behalf of the carrier and all orders will not be refunded due to arriving late. Please place your orders in advance.
**IMPORTANT: Pictures may show additional items that are not included in the order, but are upgrade options available at additional cost. Mailing invitations with a wax seal may require additional postage and require hand cancelling at the post office. Check with your post office before purchasing postage.
