SHOP POLICY OVERVIEW

All designs are created by me personally. Items themselves are created by off-site by professional print shops with the highest quality equipment. These are not vinyl applied to the top of fabric, so they feel soft to the touch and donāt peel like vinyl. Please be sure to follow care guidelines for each item to ensure they are long-lasting items for you. These items are mostly created using a process called DTG (Direct to Garment) printing. The ink is printed onto the item much like a printer at home prints on paper. The printing has a softer, more natural feel because the ink is actually embedded into the fibers.

RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS

Because items are created off-site please send me a message if you have questions on your finished product. I will do everything I can to make it right for you.
Returns and exchanges are accepted on non-personalized items (*see next note) for 14 days after product delivery if you are not 100% satisfied. Items must be in new, unworn condition.
Returns are not accepted for items with custom names, dates and information. If there is a defect in your item it will be replaced with the same item.
Because of our fast turn-around time, we are unable to process cancellations after 1 hour of order placement. Please confirm sizes, product dimensions, and care guidelines prior to order placement.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Most items are shipped within the US using USPS or other private party delivery services like DHL. As with all items please allow for a small delivery window for things beyond our control like weather and other things that can cause minor delays. I monitor shipments and will keep you posted if I see anything of concern with your order. You will be notified if an item is not available or there is an issue with production, although it is rareā¦it can happen. Please order at least two weeks before a special occasion to ensure your item will arrive on time. We cannot change the shipping after the order has been placed.

Buyers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or import taxes that are required where they live. Customs can delay the arrival of your item so please be sure to leave plenty of time from order placement until your item is needed.
