✤Cancel or Returns or Exchanges
We can cancel your order for free within 24 hours. If it is more than 24 hours, we will deduct a portion of it as a restocking fee.
If you have any problems after receiving the ring, please feel free to contact us. We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days, but for rings with no quality problems, we need to deduct a portion of the cost as a restocking fee.
Please kindly note that customized rings, full eternity rings, engraved rings, and ring sizes smaller than 3 US or larger than 9 US can't be returned or exchanged.
