How does it work?

✨It is possible to make a customized size depending on the quantity of the guests. You can also change the shape of the wooden pieces for notes from guests (if you want something instead of shapes ). Please contact me if you want to change the design via Etsy «note to seller».

Shipping policies:
✈️Normal delivery takes 2 – 4 weeks.
✈️Fast shipping: up to 9 days or even faster. If you need such please choose «Express Delivery» while ordering. Please note that we need your phone number for this option!

❗️Delivery time may be longer if: it is a holiday period, due to customs regulations, mail congestion. Maximum up to 1 – 1.5 months.
❗️We do not affect delivery. Delays, force majeure, damages, fees, taxes, duties are the responsibility of the buyer and the shipping service.
❗️Return of the parcel. You are obliged to pick up the parcel yourself within 15 days after arrival. If it was returned to us for this reason, or to another (eg wrong address), then in order for us to send it again, the buyer must pay shipping again.
❗️You can take out insurance or other types of delivery for an additional fee.
It is important for us as well as for you that the gift is delivered on time! So please, pay your attention to the following important information:
⚠️Please carefully fill in the address on Etsy and double-check it! Make sure there is enough time for manufacturing and delivery.
⚠️You can also indicate the address of the person to whom the gift is intended so that it can be delivered to them directly. You can also add a message for them.
⚠️You will get a TRACKING NUMBER and there is an opportunity to check the delivery.
