The ''Babalon's sacred rose'' talisman is crafted by yours truly, handmade with care, devotion and magick.★
The method I use to create all my jewelry is lost wax casting, la cire perdue, cera perduta, a very, very ancient technique.
First I draw the design, inspired by my explorations, feelings and intuitions, and guided by all the researches and readings I made to learn more about the symbol, the spirit and/or the divinity I want to honour through my art. When I feel I expressed it all in the sketch, I hand sculpt the wax with infinite care, passion, devotion.
When the sculpture is vibrant and complete, I send it to my casters. They are the ones who produce the mould and cast the piece in 925 sterling silver for me, for you.
When I receive the matte talisman back, I take it with dedication through all the finish process. On the way, I make the bale and weld it for total solidity, I oxidize to highlight the details, I polish and polish and polish with various machines. Through all the steps it gets shinier and shiner, more and more ready to glow for its future owner, to accompagny on the very magickal path of Life its destined master... ★
The leather necklaces are made of high quality Italian leathers and 925 sterling silver findings. You can see more pictures of them in the necklace section of my shop. I offer 25% off on the leather necklace when bought with a talisman. The discount is already applied in the prices of the drop down menu. As it is me that assemble them I can do custom lenghts too.
Your jewelry will arrive home inside a beautifully decorated black box, on a soft velvet bed, with an heart written blessing and a lot of biodegradable glitters. Ready to be given or received as a gift. :) If you want me to add a short personnal message in the box you can write it to me in the ''notes to seller'' case at checkout. Or you can leave me the name of the lucky one and I'll write the blessings for him or her. I'll be happy to do this for you. :)

SHOP POLICIES
★My processing time is 1 to 2 weeks before shipment (if not mentionned otherwise).
★I send the tracking number the day before or the same day I ship the order.
★All orders are sent by plane, always with a tracking number.
★I ship everything in solid boxes with recycled biodegradable (rice or cornstarch) packing peanuts to ecologically protect your treasure until it is your hands, at home.
★Approximate time is 1 to 6 weeks to most destinations. Some areas may take longer depending on customs.
★For international shipping, the buyer is responsible for paying all duty and customs fees where applicable.
★Some countries stop sending tracking informations after the customs inspection. Sadly, this is out of my control and it isn't possible for me to communicate with them.
★I'm not responsible for any packages returned to me as refused, unclaimed or because of incorrect or incomplete address. The post will most likely charge me an extra shipping fee for the return so you will need to pay two shipping fees before I send it a second time. Please be sure to have the right address as it will be more fun, quicker and way cheaper!
★I'm not responsible for any damages during shipping nor upon arrival of the items.
★I'm not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please use a safe address.
★If the tracking says the order has been delivered and the client claims it hasn't been delivered, the client is invited to contact Etsy's customer service to see if the order is eligible to their purchase protection. On my end, the only thing I can do in this situation is to open an official investigation with Canada post. It can take up to 6 weeks before to receive their report. If Canada post then says it has been delivered at the right address, it has been delivered. At this point there's nothing more I can do.
★I ship to the address in your Etsy profil. You can always contact me after a purchase to update the address if needed (the quicker, the better).
★If your country isn't in the selected countries I ship to, it is most likely because I don't ship there. You can always contact me and I'll contact Canada Post to have more informations if that is possible.
★Some countries don't accept sterling silver importation. I strongly suggest the buyer, if unsure, to verify with his or her country's import policies and laws to know if the importation of sterling silver jewelry is allowed. I'm not responsible if the customs confiscate or send the jewelry back to me.
★Sadly I will no longer be shipping to Germany due the new Verpackung laws.

TURN AROUND TIME
✦As soon as the payment is received, I prepare and ship your order within 5 to 10 working days (if not mentionned otherwise, always verify the exact processing time on each listings to be sure). I do my best to send it quickly as I know how hard it is to wait for our precious to arrive...
✦Some items sometimes have longer turn around times because I don't have them in stock at the present moment and I'm working to have them back as soon as possible. In that case you can always contact me to know exactly when they'll be back; it is usually quicker than the turn around time says. I update the turn around times of these pieces as they are getting more and more ready to be sold.
✦ALWAYS UNIQUE, just for you
The beauty of handmade items is that they're all slightly different. The signature placement and the overall texture may differ from piece to piece. Very subtle variations make all my jewelry one of a kind, full of love, magick and mysteries...

✦CUSTOMIZATION
I don't customize my waxes on request. The jewelry in my boutique is sold as it is.
✦CAUTION
Even if my pieces of jewelry are thoroughly polished and finished with great care, they can sometimes have slightly sharp and pointy edges. My jewelry is not suitable for young children, if they want to touch it (and they will!) they must be supervised by an adult, always. Some pieces are pretty small too, so yes, choking hazard. I'm not responsible for any damage, hurt or loss due to the use or misuse of my jewelry and products.
▲ FOR RETURNS
-I accept returns within 7 days after delivery (exception: studs earrings), after this time all sales are final.
-I don't accept return on stud earrings because of their intimate nature. The sale is final beause of hygienic reasons.
-Please, contact me prior to send your order back.
-The item and the jewelry box must be returned in their original conditions, new and unworn. I may request pictures of the item before to allow the return.
-The item will be inspected at reception. It there is any finishing work to do to restore the piece to its original condition there will be a fee that will be deduce from the refund.
-All returns must have a tracking number and must be sent in a solid box.
-Upon receipt of the item and after the inspection, I will refund the original purchase price less the shipping fees.
-Any shipping fee for the return are up to the buyer.
-If I have to pay custom fees for the return I'll send a picture of the bill and will deduce them from the refund, please check the ''return'' case in the custom form.

▲ FOR CANCELLATIONS
-I accept cancellations only within 6 hours after the purchase.
▲ PAYMENT PLANS, DEPOSITS AND DISCOUNTS
-I don't accept playment plans, deposits to reserve jewelry and/or discount requests. As I duplicate mostly all my pieces, when you are ready, I will have one for you. There may be a few exceptions: some models can dissapear or can be modified without notice. If you have any questions about the availability of a piece, just ask!
-Please note the prices of my jewelry can rise at anytime.
-The prices displayed in my shop are firm and non-negotiable.
▲ EXCEPTIONS
-There can be no refund, cancellation or exchange on custom orders as they are made just for you. Once payment is made, I began the creation with all my heart, there's no turning back when the creatrix button is on. ;)
