PERSONALIZATION:
We only personalize the “front flap” of the card. All of the graphics and the overall design of the card is standard. If you wish for something to be different other than the front sentiment, please contact us prior to placing your order to ensure we can accommodate.
"Add Your Personalization" in our drop-down box, and we will customize the front flap of your card according to your instructions. Some customers like to include:
• Name of the recipient and who it’s from;
• Age (if applicable);
• Any other custom messages or sentiments.
We will provide a digital proof within 24-48 hours of purchase if personalization is requested. Please ensure to check your Etsy messages in order to avoid any delays.
*If you do not wish to have the caption included on the card, please advise. Otherwise, this is included in every print.
**We can prepare and customize all of our cards for any occasion. Please include this in your personalization notes and we can customize the front sentiment however you wish.

PROCESSING AND SHIPPING:
• Each item is handmade.
• Items ship within 3-5 business days plus an ADDITIONAL 4-8 business days for delivery AFTER processing time. Our cards are made to order and due to the meticulous nature, require time to create each one. You will be notified once your card has been dispatched.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY STANDARDS:
Delivery times are estimates based on Canada Post and USPS, we cannot guarantee an exact delivery date. Sometimes there are delays at the post office or weather delays which may cause your order to arrive later. While these circumstances are not in our control, if your order does not arrive within 3 weeks of its shipping date, please let us know.
