Refund Policy
Items which have not been personalized are eligible for return/exchange within 30 days of receipt. Understandably, items which have been personalized in any way or personally configured are not eligible for return/exchange unless the item is damaged or defective upon arrival - in which case return/exchange requests must be made within 3 days of delivery. Items must be returned in original packaging along with any and all accessories that belong with the item.
