WHAT TYPE OF STONES DO YOU USE?
NATURAL DIAMONDS – certified GIA, IGL, EGL, or DGI. Stones are guaranteed and certified.
CERTIFIED MOISSANITE- these are professionally certified. These are near-colorless gemstones composed of silicon carbide, which is the same material that makes up natural diamonds. They are very durable with Mohs hardness of 9.25, which is just below that of natural diamonds (10). Our certified moissanite are known for their brilliance identical to natural diamond but at a fraction of the cost. Our selection boasts a variety of stunning colors, including classic clear, captivating black, and elegant yellow, green, and grey. Some colored moissanite features a coating for vibrant hues, which may require special care over time but every piece will pass the diamond test. Black Diamonds- New York's certified moissanite is among the hardest minerals on earth, more durable than sapphire, ruby, or emerald.
CREATED DIAMONDS- Not natural earthed diamonds but these are beautiful and expensive stones. The stones are made from zirconium dioxide that boast fine color, exceptional brilliance, and a superb cut, which results in a beautiful duplication of nature. Although these are only diamond imitators, they're perfect for everyday wear, offering the sparkle and beauty of a diamond at a fraction of the cost.

ARE THESE REAL DIAMONDS AND WILL PASS THE DIAMOND TEST?
All our Natural Diamonds and lab-grown Moissanite Diamonds will pass the diamond test.
Our Created Diamonds are lab-grown imitators only and are great alternatives to natural diamonds. Although they won’t pass the test, they look just the same as natural diamonds, but they cost much less. At about only 1% of the cost of a diamond, you can take a stone that is equally beautiful and shining.
DIAMOND CERTIFICATE
All our Natural Diamonds with 0.40 carats and up will come with a GIA certificate and GRA certificate for all our Moissanite with .50 carats and up. Certificate for coffin-cut and other custom-cut stones are by request only.
NOTE: All our jewelry with S700 marking is mixed with 70% silver and 30% platinum. S700 markings are used for our silver rings mixed with platinum to ensure that shoppers who are allergic to platinum are aware of the mixture. Although it is stamped S700, the technology we use makes our jewelry feels like 100% platinum. If stamped S925 or 925, the metal is made 92.5% pure silver and 7.5% other high-quality metal.
JEWELRY UPGRADE
All our jewelry can be upgraded for a higher value from solid gold (10k-18k) metal plating, ring size (3-14.5 US), diamond-type (natural diamond, lab-grown, moissanite, etc), diamond color, or diamond carat/size.

WHERE ARE YOU SHIPPING?
Depending on your custom request, domestic orders will ship via STANDARD SHIPPING from our fulfillment centers either in New Jersey or in California. ALL our solid 14k gold will ship from our Global Fulfillment Center via EXPRESS SHIPPING (2-5 business days) via UPS, DHL, or FedEx to avoid possible customs issues.
We take pride in all our products, and we make sure each piece is 100% handmade. That said longer processing time is required. Customization such as change of stone color or metal plating is free of charge. Just leave us a note before checkout. We aim to ship as soon as your jewelry is made to perfection, please check our FAQ for more details.
CANCELLATION OR MODIFICATION cannot be made once your order is in progress (it means production has started). I draw every ring and design it as per the customer's request to ensure each piece will be made special and personalize for you. Finding someone with the same preference as yours would be impossible. Production time is usually faster than the estimated time.

PLATING INFO
All our jewelry with plating cannot be returned for a refund if the plating comes off. Plating such as rose gold, yellow gold, rhodium, or black plating is expected to fade but with proper care, it should last for a long time. All our silver jewelry is rhodium-plated, this is a standard process across the industry. Rhodium plating is what maintains the luster and sheen of the metal, it also protects the metal underneath. Plated jewelry wears differently on different people due to the natural oils in our skin and also how well it's looked after. We recommend extra care for any jewelry. Although it won't qualify for a refund, we will do our best to help, either reship a new one or offer a professional service for free. Contact us to see if your item is qualified for this service.
BLACK GOLD/RHODIUM PLATING
Black rhodium silver or gold is dark grey to black in color, black rhodium plating is a very intricate process and varies each time.
Plating longevity is very dependent on the individual and the environmental conditions it is exposed to, water, soaps, natural skin oils, chemicals etc. Black rhodium is a temporary finish only, we have seen plating last anywhere from days, months to even years. This depends on how well it's looked after and also the natural oils in our skin. Black rhodium can be left to expose the silver/gold underneath or can be redone at any time. Replating is free for the first 3 months from the original delivery date.
Due to variations in monitor displays and digital renders, the final colors of the jewelry and stones may vary slightly.
