Please include hair color, eye color, skin color, and a description of clothing. Sending pictures is VERY helpful!
Hair color options are: white, blonde, light brown, dark brown, black, gray, dark blue & light pink.
***NO trademarked, copyrighted, or licensed symbols or names, will be painted.
**Changing the shape and/or structure of the nutcracker will most likely not be possible. Nutcracker accessories (drums, staff, sword, etc) will be removed unless specified that you want them to stay.
*The 4” ornaments will have limited custom options due to the size.
The fabrication and addition of accessories will incur a separate “accessory fee”. Examples of accessories are sport balls, necklaces, tools, musical instruments, etc. The addition of an accessory is not guaranteed. Prices of accessories are various and will be discussed through messenger.
No refunds will given due to this being a customized item.
