ăCustom Order Booking Terms and Conditionsă
1. Booking and Deposits
To secure your custom design with The Pearl Dazzle, a non-refundable deposit of $100 is required to reserve your ship date (subject to availability).
Complete your booking by clicking https://www.thepearldazzle.com/products/booking-deposit-customized-dance-costumeâ. This deposit will be credited towards the total cost of your costume.
Please carefully select your desired delivery date. Our production timeline begins 2-3 months prior to the delivery date to ensure your costume is completed on time. We avoid rush schedules to accommodate any unforeseen circumstances.
If you havenât heard from us 2-3 months before your chosen delivery date, please reach out to us at info@thepearldazzle.com.
Please note: No design ideas or concepts will be provided without the reservation deposit.
2. Design and Production
We do not replicate designs from other designers. However, we can draw inspiration and create a unique design in our own style. We do not offer base costumes only.
Customers acknowledge that slight variations in appliqué or stonework may occur due to the custom nature of our work.
Recap designs from our previous collections do not require a booking deposit. Feel free to contact us directly or place your order via Etsy.
Once the sketch process begins, even through communication, no refunds will be issued, even if the costume has not been made yet. Each single sketch design incurs a fee of $100.
3. Materials and Changes
We are not responsible for any damage or mistakes resulting from embellishments, such as overstretching or non-stretching due to stone placement.
If specific fabrics, appliqué, rhinestones, or fringe/feathers are unavailable, we will suggest alternatives. Failure to respond within 24-48 hours may result in us selecting the closest alternative without a guarantee.
Design changes, including fabric adjustments, made after approval will incur a $150 change fee.
4. Payment and Pricing
All sales are final, and returns are not accepted. Please note, if a refund or chargeback is requested, we will not work with you in the future.
Ready-to-ship costumes start at $300 (standard sizes). Custom youth/adult costumes start at $400, with prices increasing based on design complexity, embellishments, sizing, and labor.
For adult sizes:
XS/S will incur an additional $25 fee.
M/L will incur an additional $50 fee.
Balances must be paid within 72 hours of receiving your final invoice, or the deposit and costume will be forfeited.

5. Shipping and Delivery
Costumes are shipped after the final balance is paid. We offer FedEx 2-Day shipping and provide tracking information once the order is dispatched. International shipping is available.
We primarily use FedEx priority shipping unless otherwise requested by the customer (additional fees may apply). Once the package is in the carrierâs care, we are not responsible for any lost, delayed, or damaged items.
6. Communication

We maintain one communication method to ensure efficient record-keeping. If you prefer a specific communication method, please inform us.
7. Agreement Revisions
We reserve the right to revise these terms as needed and will notify you of any changes via email or text. We also reserve the right to refuse service.
