These are quality Ethiopian opals that have a slightly opaque, off-white/yellow coloring with a shimmering glow of pink/green/blue when the light hits them (see all photos for examples of color variation). I have securely wire wrapped a row of the smooth stones in a spiral wrapping style.
They are attached to a shimmering chain, closing with a small spring ring clasp. *You will receive one necklace.
*Please allow for variations in stone color and size due to its natural qualities. Each set of stones is hand-selected and will have lots of gorgeous glow in the light!
Materials: Ethiopian opal and 14k rose gold fill.
*Please note that opal is naturally a more delicate stone, so extra care is recommended when handling and wearing opal jewelry.
Do not wear your opals in water as most Ethiopian opals are considered to be a "hydrophane" opal which naturally has the ability to absorb water, which may in some cases change their color.
Size: Choose between 16", 18", or 20" at checkout. The gemstones together measures about 3/8" across.
