If you want a completely custom design that is not available, feel free to send me any inspirational image/ design you like or any information about your event like location, themes, etc. If you send me a design, I will not copy it but I will gladly modify it to help bring your vision to life!
3. Checkout
Proof:
I will provide you a proof within 1 business day of purchase. Please check your direct msg. for this. If I do not hear from you 3 days after I provide the proof I will begin production. This is to ensure that the favors you ordered get to you in time :) I will send reminder msgs as well.
Frosted Cup Measurement:
8oz Cups are approx. 3.5H x 2.5 Cup Top x 1.75 Cup Bottom
12oz Cups are approx. 4H x 3 Cup Top x 2 Cup Bottom
16oz Cups are approx. 4.25H x 3.4 Cup Top Diameter x 2.2 Cup Bottom

Refunds and Cancellation:
Because of the nature of my personalized frosted cups, I cannot issue you a refund once the order has been approved. If for whatever reason you are not satisfied please msg. and I will do my best to rectify the situation. If the items are damaged I will request an image be sent for proof of damage. I retain the right to issue a partial or whole refund or to reproduce the items at my discretion. Thank you for understanding.
Defect Policy for Custom Products:
We take pride in delivering high-quality custom products to our customers. However, in the unlikely event of a defect, we require our customers to report the issue within 3 days of receiving the product. Please provide photos of the defect to support your claim.
Note:
Refunds for defects reported after 3 days of delivery will not be eligible. Our goal is to ensure that all of our customers are satisfied with their purchase, and we will work with you to resolve any issues promptly.
International orders' shipping fees vary depending on the destination. We may or may not reach out for additional shipping charges.
