Hey y ’all, X-RAY MARKERS All X-ray markers are hand crafted by me. You can mix and match! For the most part all markers are the same size. Some may be bigger than others due to character size and shape! Letters are placed on the backside by default vertically, as pictured in listing or if it doesnt fit vertically it will be placed horizontally, BUT, if youd like horizontal letters please just specify in the personalization box along with initials. Pixie dust is an option if wanted, free of charge! Specify in personalization if you want pixie dust. BADGE REELS Badge reels are all hand made by me, all my badge reels that you see are already pre made and I am unable to add any customization to them, but I'd be more than happy for you to reach out with any requests so that I can work with you and get you your desired design if possible. please do not hesitate to reach out. SHIPPING TIME I do my very best to get orders out in the time provided, but please be mindful that if I have a lot of orders I may need a few more days to full full orders due to that I am the only one who makes my products. I try to provide updates when that happen. I also do work a full time job. REFUNDS Refunds are all depended on the issue with the product. Because all my items are handmade to order, for x-ray markers, if it was a mistake that i made as far as incorrect initials then a refund/exchange will be allowed. But if its for example, you ordered just left and right with no initials and then you decide you want initials, I will not allow that exchange or refund because those markers could still be used and it was already made with time and materials. so a new order would have to be made.
