If the colour, design or size doesn’t suit you, the handbag can be returned or exchanged within 14 days after purchase. We will refund or exchange any handbags provided that they have not been used and that all tags and labels are attached.
Keep all receipts that you received after purchase. Return shipment fees and delivery fees will be charged.
Returns in case of a manufacturing defect.
The warranty period for manufacturing defective products is 6 months from when the item was bought. We will refund or exchange any handbags with manufacturing defects in the frame.
