1) Choose chain “Style & Length” and “Number of Charms” in the drop down options.*
2) In the personalization box, please write your selected charms from left to right, in the sequence you’d like them to be.
For example: G9, A105, S380, Initial #12: A, B59
NOTE: To ensure the necklace hangs evenly, we may adjust the charm arrangement by placing the heaviest in the center. By default, we’ll arrange the charms as needed by size, color, and style for the best appearance, unless you specify a preferred sequence.
If you’d like your specific layout, please indicate that in the personalization box, and we’ll follow your instructions.
*For the best fit, wrap a loose string around your neck at the point where you want the finished necklace to fall, then measure it with a ruler. Our lengths include the clasps and jump rings.

Charms are made from various materials and may have different types of plating, so the gold tones might not always match. While we aim to highlight these variations in our photos, they may be difficult to discern from the images alone. The mix of charm qualities adds a unique character, especially when gold charms alternate with enamel, glass, or colorful charms.
Handle with care, as some charm edges are sharp, and glass/ceramic charms can break. Remove jewelry before physical activities or sleeping.
STOCK: During peak times, such as holidays or viral moments, items may run out before we get to update our charm lists. Please have backup options in mind. We will notify you ASAP if an item is out of stock.
ANTI-TARNISH and CARE: To prevent tarnishing and discoloration, please follow the care instructions provided with each order and avoid water, moisture, and chemical lotions or perfumes. Charms made from brass, alloys, copper, and other non-fine jewelry materials—from any seller—can tarnish over time. Even when all care instructions are followed, tarnishing can still occur, sometimes quickly, due to individual skin chemistry, humidity levels, and environment. While we cannot be responsible for how the jewelry is handled after delivery, using a protective clear sealant can help prevent tarnish. We sell our jewelry in its original, unaltered form and do not apply sealants, but we can recommend brands for you to try. Always test a small treated charm area against your skin first. Use protective masks and ensure proper ventilation when applying sealants.
For a “waterproof” option, choose only stainless steel charms (those starting with “S”), though we still recommend following care instructions to maintain the gold plating. Stainless steel is naturally tarnish-resistant to moisture, making it an excellent, worry-free option.
We also recommend choosing stainless steel charms only (ones that start with “S”), for those with sensitive skin, as they are generally hypoallergenic. However, we cannot guarantee their suitability, as individual health conditions may vary.
SHIPMENT: All sales are final on custom charm necklaces.
