WHAT'S REQUIRED:
- A free Canva account for self-editing and downloading your finished templates (no additional software required).
- Basic proficiency with computers and smart devices.
HOW IT WORKS:
STEP 1: DOWNLOADING
- After completing your purchase, you will receive a download link for your Links & Instructions PDF in your Etsy receipt email.
- Additionally, Etsy will upload this PDF to your Etsy account within 5 minutes of your transaction.
- To download your files, sign in to Etsy.com (not the app) using a web or mobile browser and go to YOUR ACCOUNT > PURCHASES AND REVIEWS.
- Open the Links & Instructions PDF, select your preferred template size (found at the bottom of page 1), and click the link to access the template in Canva.
*Note: If you made your purchase as a guest (without signing into your Etsy account), you will receive a download link in your purchase receipt email from Etsy.*
STEP 2: EDITING
- Open the Links & Instructions PDF on your device using a program such as Adobe Acrobat Reader (available for free at www.adobe.com).
- Follow the instructions provided on page 1 of the PDF to access and begin editing your template in Canva.
- For additional guidance, refer to my how-to guide, which includes tips on getting started with Canva, as well as editing and printing your template.

STEP 3: PRINTING
- To achieve the best print quality, download your completed design as 'PDF Print.'
- Click on 'Share,' then select 'Download,' and choose 'PDF Print' from the dropdown menu.
- Check the box labeled “Flatten PDF” before downloading.
- Once downloaded, open the PDF file to print from your computer, or send it to a professional printing service.
