ALL INFORMATION WRITTEN ON THE PERSONALIZATION BOX WILL BE COPIED AS IT IS - Please make sure that ALL THE INFORMATION you enter is typed correctly and as you wish (date of departure - DD/MM/YYYY or 8th January 2022 - airport names, hours - if HRS, AM or PM) - as unfortunately I cannot change any personal detail and can only be held responsible for typing errors made by me.
Other graphics, fonts and words included on the graphics are not editable.
2. If you give away your surprise destination in your message, IT WILL BE REPLACED WITH THREE DOTS
3. If details like personal message; occasion; departure time or departure date are missing from the details left in the personalization box, your TICKET WILL BE SENT WITHOUT THAT INFORMATION.
4. IF ANY OTHER DETAIL IS MISSING (ie. recipient name and/or destination) I will send you a message through Etsy, so please leave a valid email when placing your order. If no reply within 24h your order will be automatically cancelled.
