Tumbler is handmade start to finish and will contain imperfections as it is OOAK. It is primed, painted, and sealed. All items are wrapped individually with protective paper, padding and placed in strong boxes. Care card instructions will be provided.
**PLEASE NOTE** Listing Photos are for a 40 oz Tumbler. Smaller sizes will come with a Coffin Shaped Handle.

**Return Policy & Shipping Info**: I do not accept refunds or exchanges as these items are made to order handmade items. I DO accept cancellations within 24hrs of ordering. Please contact me immediately if you need to cancel. If there is an issue with your order, please contact me before leaving a negative review and I will be happy to see if I can work something out for you. I always put my customers first and will do my best to resolve any issues you may have. Shipping will either be through UPS, FEDEX, or USPS. Please allow 3 to 5 days for shipping transit. I will send tracking info once item has been sent. If your cup is damaged or lost in transit, you will need to contact UPS, FEDEX or USPS as we are not responsible for their turn times, damage or package being lost once item is shipped out.
