Additionally, the bar itself can be removed from the handles with one movement and additional accessories can be attached to it, such as gymnastic rings, boxing accessories, a ladder, or a children's swing.
Height does not matter because the bar has 5 height levels. It will be perfect for both parent and child. Additionally, thanks to the height adjustment, you can perform different exercises for different muscle groups.
After the workout is over, the bar can be removed and put in the closet, which allows you to regain full height through the door. The sides that secure the bar are so delicate that they don't sting your eye and don't get in the way on a daily basis.
