With every commission, we work closely to get as close as possible to your ideas, but please remember that, as with any art, there is a level of subjectivity. Each doll reflects not only your concept but also our creative signature, ensuring a one-of-a-kind masterpiece.
Our standard processing time is 6-9 weeks, with a rush order add-on available for those who want their doll within 3-6 weeks. All add-ons, including the rush service, must be purchased with a main package to activate.

Xaradollz Customization Guidelines:
• Final Reveal Photos: We provide final reveal photos one day before shipping to ensure you’re happy with the result. We do not send progress pictures, as these can slow down the production time.
• No Refunds: Due to the custom and handmade nature of each doll, all sales are final.
• Minor Variations: Some details may vary slightly due to material limitations, but rest assured that the integrity of your design will be our priority.
• Creative Freedom: While we aim to fulfill your requests, our artistic interpretation is central to the final outcome.
• Customization Limitations: Based on the Bratz dolls currently available in the market, we offer certain modifications within material constraints. Some specific customizations—like plus-size bodies or intricate hair styles (such as very curly or textured hair)—require additional add-ons.
• Hair Customizations: Our primary doll options generally come with straight hair. If you’re requesting very curly hair, a reroot may be necessary. Additionally, dolls in any shade darker than medium tan will need a reroot for hair colors lighter than brown or black.
• Body Customizations: All dolls come in a slim body type. For a fuller or plus-size body, you’ll need to add the plus-size add-on.
• Accuracy in Customization: While we strive to achieve your vision as closely as possible, some results may require a reroot or plus-size add-on for exact specifications. Please reach out with any questions about customization options to ensure the final result matches your expectations.
