This Traditional Rustic American Flag is made out of 1.25", which will be 1” after milling. These aggressive thick knotty pine board, edge rounded, groove cut lines, vinyl stars and finished to your choice of Glossy, Satin or Matte Lacquer. Has wall hangers on back of the flag for easy hanging.
*** Please note that XXL, 3xl and 4xl Flags will more than likely be 3-6 weeks and not the 2-3 weeks as stated in the listing. As we can not specifically assign processing per size, so you may receive a shipping update message if we can not complete it in the original 2-3 week timeframe. 3xl and 4xl flags are shipped in 2 pieces. Directions for the easy assembly will be with the flag. you will only need to fit it together and tighten several screws from the knock down joinery that's installed. Hangers on these larger flags will be with flag but not pre installed as you will want to line them up with your wall studs.
***Our shipping labels are created on Fridays and orders are picked up by UPS on the following Monday. Once the labels are created you will be provided a tracking number via email and your order will show marked as 'Pre Transit'. You will be able to track your order online after it has been scanned into the hub at UPS on Monday.
***Our Flags are made out of Knotty Pine Lumber. This means there are Knots in the lumber. As stated in this description, if you would like a picture of your flag prior to it getting shipped out, we would absolutely accommodate. Knots come in all shapes , sizes and appearances. We understand some knots are not attractive, so we will fill majority of any voids in the flag cause by the Knots in the Knotty Pine lumber. There may be small cracks or voids that will be sealed by the finish. Unfortunately we can not arrange the Knots in any order in the lumber as they are created and arranged by nature and then milled and edge glued at a Local Family Owned Mill in Ohio. We love our contemporary rustic look to our flags and hope you do too!

***For Indoor use, however, can be outdoors if out of direct sunlight and under cover of some sort. Just put in notes to seller at checkout its for outdoor use so we can seal the back***

***PLEASE NOTE - Due to the nature of the Knotty Pine lumber, it is possible that sap could eventually show through any engraving that is painted white where there are knots and make a yellowish tint. Unfortunately this is out of our control and can not stop the natural process of the lumber with seeping sap. It is unknown when/if the process will start.

All of our items are handmade and custom, they can possibly vary in appearance from displayed picture in regards to color depth and sheen. Pictures vary in lighting and always have a slight different appearance than in person. Upon request, a actual photo of your specific purchased item can be sent to you before final finish is applied for your approval. Due to our one piece design, charring may cause flag to slightly cup as wood constricts when burnt.
Burning patterns, knots, voids by knots, sap from the pine and blotching will also vary depending on grain in the wood, which is what makes it very unique to your order...there will be no flags with exactly the same burn pattern as yours. If there is light areas or sporadic dots in the coloring, that is due to the sap in the wood and we are not able to control the natural development of the wood.

If an error has taken place by the misinformation/approval of the client of work that has been completed and/or shipped, client will pay shipping/handling of repair or replacement and be responsible for material and labor cost of repair/replaced item(s).
