We offer free shipping throughout the U.S. on orders totaling $35 or more. You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your item ships, so you can follow its journey every step of the way.
Note that each bath mat (designed by us) is printed to order by our production partner, an independent printer based right here in the US. Check our “Get it by” dates for estimated delivery times. Orders are typically processed and printed within 2-7 business days. However, these times may be prolonged during periods of high demand or — in rare cases — by factors such as extreme weather, supply chain disruptions, or disruptions to vital infrastructure.
We check on the status of every production partner daily and update our delivery times accordingly. If we expect your package to be delayed for any reason, we will provide timely updates via Etsy messenger so you aren’t left wondering.
RETURNS
If your item is damaged upon delivery, please let us know immediately, and we will replace it. If you need to return an item for any other reason, you may do so within 30 days of delivery. The returned item must be in its original, like-new condition with no odors, stains, or signs of visible wear. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and any loss in value if an item isn't returned in its original condition.

We then partner with trusted, independent printers throughout the United States, who bring our designs to life on products we've hand-selected for their high quality.
