'COLAC' for ‘College of Love and Charity’ is stitched on the lateral side of the forefoot. 'We Bragg Different’ is inscribed on the heel and a 'FAMU' lace lock embellishes the forefoot. A nod to the FAMU mascot comes via fierce rattlesnakes on the tongue tags and '1887' on the heel tab, to honor the university's founding.
