Phones are brand new from cricket wireless. They are network locked to cricket wireless network and can be unlocked after 6 months of active service. SIM cards are not included. Phone are non refundable , returnable , or exchangeable and sold as is. If return is applicable through eBay return policy then there will be a $30 restocking fee as I can no longer sell as “NEW”. iPhones restocking fee is $50 since it’s no longer sealed .
