The third button from the top is missing (pictured), there are some small areas of leather distressing where it just looks faded/washed out, and there are a few small marks on the front and back, most notably a white splotchy mark on the back (pictured). Comes with the original leather belt which is in great condition. Measurements shown are of the shoulders, the chest (pit-pit), length (back of center collar to bottom hem), and sleeve (shoulder seam to end of cuff) respectively.
