This book was signed on 2-12-2012 at the Costco in Dallas, Texas, as per the notation on the inside cover page. Early edition. 4th printing? (I am not sure I am reading this correctly, so look at the page in my pictures!) Some yellowing and a darker yellow spot near the spine, to the rough-cut pages. Handwritten note by previous owner on the inside cover page as to when and where the book signing was held. Very little signs of shelf wear. Slight tear to the inside front cover. I show this in one of my pictures. Very nice book! No COA. I will ship USPS with insurance.
