On the quarters, the multi-layer design continues, with intertwining leather strands that leave a translucent patch near the collar. Immediately before the lateral heel is white "BALENCIAGA" writing contrasting the dominantly black color. More branding is seen on the "track 2" motif on the tongue and embossed BALENCIAGA insignia on the counter.
