The 1.5" Traditional in Black (Matte) buckle factory second is going to predominately have underneath the latch discoloration issues.  This was from a shipment that had a new and improved black finish that will hold up to scratching much better than before. The only problem is, they all came without the finish going all the way underneath the latch.  It won't affect the performance of the buckle, or the finish, and will never be seen when the buckle is attached to the strap, but we just couldn't sell them for full price.  They are a steal as a "factory second" though!
