It's that easy!FITS BDX, BMI, AND STOCK A-ARMSDespite claims stating otherwise, our HD joints absolutely do work with A-Arms from BMI.NO LOOSE AND WOBBLY "SNAP RING" JOINTSOur kit bolts in! meaning you have the ability to fully tighten without hassles of wobbly snap rings.Our design is a major advantage over snap-ring mounted joints. Snap rings don't allow you to fully tighten the joint into place, which is critical to the stability of the joint and suspension system overall. The snap ring design is a very loose fit which causes slop in the front-end and steering issues. The BDX joints clamp down at this location with nylock nuts, creating solid ridged attachment point torqued properly. This eliminates all movement of the joint in the A-Arm - which is impossible with the snap ring joints.Also, the sheet metal mounting tabs that come on these karts stock is known to fatigue and break over time. Snap ring joints do nothing to help this. Our BDX joints clamp down on this weak area with a nut and high-shoulder extra-thick washers. This helps greatly but will not fully resolve the weak A-Arm tabs, which should be reinforced. We also offer reinforcement services.HOW OUR "WELDLESS" JOINT MOUNTS WORKApplies to stock and BMI A-Arms. BDX arms don't need the weldless mounts.The oversized washer mounts (shown in the picture above) allow our joints to (tightly) fit the larger hole of all stock-spec A-Arms (like the BMI arms). They work like an adapter, requiring no welding or fabrication to work with stock arms. This a rock solid setup that has held up to the test of time on thousands of Yerf Dogs since 2006. (The weak stock A-Arm flange is a different story, look it up! It's a good idea to upgrade to HD arms anyway!)This "weldless" no-hassle mounting setup for stock-spec arms was one of the best selling points of our HD kit back in '06.
