The Mara X is no different.  Temperature Stability: not standard in traditional heat-exchange units. Lelit adds a dual-temperature probe that targets brew temperatures first in the group head. Three-way switch: you’re able to switch between 197, 201, and 205 degrees Fahrenheit. Brew or steam priority: toggle switch for Brew X or Steam X mode, adding flexibility if you only want to brew espresso or both brew and steam milk.
