These headlights do not have halos on them. They are only projector headlights. If you see another Cruze with Winjets and they halos on them, then that person custom retrofitted halos onto their Winjet projector headlights. The additional wiring that comes with them is only needed if you have the facelift 2015-2016 front bumper. The extra wiring is so you can tap into your DRL on your bumper and connect it into the Winjets so that the LED DRL strip will turn on.
