Milk base filled with green/blue aurora micro flakes. Will only glow strong pink with the use of a UV blacklight-does not glow without activation. We suggest using a base coat and 3-4 coats of polish followed by a top coat for a strong glow. Shake bottle thoroughly before applying. Activated by natural sunlight for a soft glow or UV blacklight for a strong glow. Does not self activate.  This polish comes with a removable handmade decorative bronze cap atop our standard black matte nail polish cap - merging artistry with function.
