Our favorite rainbow ice recipe: Layer 1/3 Blue Raspberry, 1/3 Pink Cotton Candy and 1/3 Lemon, overlapping the flavors to create all the colors of the rainbow!Mixing Directions - To make a gallon of syrup: combine four ounces of flavor concentrate (shake well) with five pounds of sugar, fill with water (approximately 1/2 gallon of water) to the gallon mark and stir well. Preservatives optional.Shelf life of concentrate (not ready to use syrup) is two to three years.
