The exclusive Levain Blend is a bold Brazilian blend with smooth notes of brown sugar, cocoa, honey & almond — a perfect complement to our decadent cookies. Canyon Coffee shares a similar origin story to Levain, born out of two people’s desire to share a passion for a beloved product! Founded in LA in 2016, Canyon Coffee became a favorite when we were opening our bakery in Larchmont. We met the team, bonded over our shared values of quality, warmth and community, and got to work developing a special blend, just for Levain. This rich blend is brewing in most of our bakeries and is available online in a ground blend.
