<p>Located in the Lempira Departement, Cerro Congolón is an area of significance among the people of Honduras, and is a nationally protected landmark. It acts as a home to over a dozen people we work with to produce this regional lot, with the quality reflecting the care they put in to the soil as well as the delicate micro-climate this area is known for.</p>
