Based in Los Angeles, Istanbul, and Mumbai, they put a lot of thought into each and every collection they design. Starting with the weave itself, they determine material and technique, then create moodboards to capture the look and feel before starting to design. Line dry afterwards.For sizes up to 5' x 8' we recommend using a 4cu ft home washing machine, for sizes 6'x9' we recommend a 4.5cu ft home washing machine, for 8'x10' we recommend a 5cu ft home washing machine, and for 9'x12' and up we recommend a 60lb (8cu ft) commercial washing machine. Please call your local laundromat ahead of time to determine if the right washer size is available.Be sure to wash rugs according to their recommended washing machine size capacity. Please note: failure to adhere to size recommendations could result in damage to your machine.If your rug is heavily soiled, or if it's tough to find a laundromat, dry cleaning is recommendedA slight shrinkage of up to 2% can be expected for all washable rugsFoot traffic and movement can skew the fiber direction of your rug. For a more uniform look, brush your rug with your hand or a stiff plastic bristle brush to smooth and reorient the pile.Spot cleaning instructions:Lightly dampen a paper towel or cloth with clean waterGently blot the affected area with your damp towel or cloth to dilute the stainIf the stain persists, try using an unscented, citrus-free, clear soap to avoid bleaching the textile.Repeat this process until the stain is removed
