L-citrulline undergoes an enzymatic process of converting into arginine before becoming the usable Nitric Oxide. Which as we know, is responsible for increased blood flow, endurance, and nutrient absorption.</span></p> <p><b>Betaine Nitrate (as N03-T®) (2,000mg): </b><span style="font-weight: 400;">This leads us immediately into the second major play in nitric oxide production, Betaine Nitrate (as N03-T®). As L-Citrulline undergoes an enzymatic process, Nitrates undergo a natural or a non-enzymatic process of converting into nitric oxide. As the name does state, Betaine Nitrate consists of both Betaine and a Nitrate Molecule and we’ve actually increased the dosage of Betaine Nitrate from the original form to provide a higher yield of total nitrates.</span></p> <p><b>Betaine Anhydrous (4,000mg): </b><span style="font-weight: 400;">Alongside Betaine Nitrate we’ve also included 4g of Betaine anhydrous to yield over 5g of total Betaine. A quick breakdown if you didn't know, beta-alanine combines with Histidine in our bodies to produce carnosine. Carnosine acts as a buffer against the buildup of acidic compounds which are formed during exercise.
