This plug works well in calm or rough surf. It's weighted to cast great even when the wind is right in your face.</p> <p>The <strong>Little Neck Swimmer</strong> floats when it lands and when retrieved will swim down about 3-5 feet even in rough waters. Rattles help big fish hone in on this lure even in dark and dirty water.
