Try all four delicious and healthy flavors, with each bowl containing a type of vegetable and seafood!  Directions:Take a pack of porridge out of the freezer, and without thawing, open package and put the porridge in a pot. Add 400-600ml of water (about a liter), and boil for about 10-15 min. Once boiled for 10-15 minutes, turn off the stove and let sit for another 2-3 min.
