Cards are 2.125" x 3.375" 30mil PVC and come enclosed in their own black envelope for safe storage. Over 12 designs to chose from. You will receive one (1) card and one (1) certificate with your order. Please include the name you want printed in the "order notes" section before completing your purchase. Both items will have the same name. If you do not provide a name, we will use the name used for shipping. The receipt email you get after ordering should show your notes. Please check the images to make sure you get the card you want. PLEASE READ Important Information: We are limiting the quantity sold for the first few weeks to prevent backlog.
